Recently between commissions i have taken it upon myself to squeeze in some personal project time. This has primarily been my dinosaurs. i have recently finished my collection thus far. check out the progress below
I have also received a new commission and i have begun on this and made much progress! The first of two new orders is these horsemen who i have prepped for painting with a matt black undercoat.
These are to be a TROOP paint job, which i think will suit the detail on the miniatures very well. i have been asked to pick one miniature for a SPECIAL paint job as a sergeant of some kind and these three below are the three in the running at the moment!
The next is a Irish War of independence commission. i have practially finished half of this order (pictured below) short of inking their weapons and clothing. these are SPECIAL paint jobs that i have used mostly drybrushing and layering for. A few mustaches need doing also.
The other half of this commission is a little less uniform and i have also chosen to start with dry brushing. at this point (picture below) the minatures have nearly had their clothes finished, had two of three layers on their skin and they need their boots and weapons done. i love the guy in the trench coat!
Check back for more next week.
